Can I Return My Items?

Generally, no we do not accept returns. Pricing is put at an affordable cost to our customers and we pride ourselves on selling quality merchandise, adding all known details and specifics to all of the products listed. If you have an issue, please message us at riveralluregroup@gmail.com


Exchanges are made on a case by case basis. If an item doesn't fit, I can work with you if I have an alternate size or item on hand. I cannot guarantee any availability until I have personally checked with my suppliers. 

If no suitable exchange can be offered, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price.
